My story:
As an educator, I have always had a love for teaching, guiding, and helping others. Eventually, these traits crossed paths with the love of fitness. More than just wanting to look good, fitness showed me that I am capable of more than I ever thought, and helped me discover myself. It taught me how to be disciplined and mentally strong.
After nearly a decade of training experience, I realized that I could use my knowledge to help those who need the guidance that I wish I had.
From powerlifting to calisthenics, I am passionate about many forms of training. With abilities ranging from a 600 pound deadlift to handstand pushups and lots in-between, I have the experience to help you take on any challenge.
Having faced trials such as muscle gain, weight loss, an affair with sugar, and many more struggles, I know what it's like to be in your position and I want to use my experience and insight to help you.
My goal is not to throw some absurd program at you with daily 3 hour workouts and expensive meals with a 2 hour prep time. My goal is to help find what works for you and your situation, whatever that may be. Whether that means finding time to squeeze in 3 workouts a week, or building muscle on a student budget, I want to help you achieve your goals.
Above all, I want to help you feel confident, strong, and to show you that you are capable of more than you think.
In addition to fitness, I am passionate about playing the violin, education, photography, and jazz.
